Located in Cheadle Hulme

Stuart's Joinery and Building was employed to construct a new front extension to accommodate an entrance porch and cloakroom along with a single story rear extension to give a new flexible kitchen and dining space with adjoining utility room. Stuart Hay exceeded the customer’s expectations by his attention to detail in creating the minimal space and coordinating the bespoke items involved in such a contemporary build.

Within the town of Wilmslow

The owner purchased this house with the intention to completely renovate throughout along with creating additional space through a 2 storey extension to the rear of the property along with adding a floor above the existing garage. The existing house was also to be internally remodeled to suit the requirements of the modern day family.

Stuart Hay was employed to undertake the complete works, which also included a complete overhaul of the existing property to include new electrics and plumbing system throughout.
